It is remarkable how little most of us know about a part of the body that is responsible for so much, from daily healthy function, general well being, alignment and pleasure. How to engage the pelvic floor properly? How to use it as an organic part of the core system? How to deeply release and relax those often overly tight muscles?
Join this three hour workshop to connect to this underestimated part of your body. Expect to learn more about the anatomy, look within, breath and move - strengthening, stabilizing and stretching. There will be time for reflection and questions. ALL are welcome.
